Electric Brain Music uses Brain-Computer Interface technology to translate electric signals from the brain into different variable values to manipulate music or an instrument. For the music instrument the grad student who also joined the project has previously created a laser violin we are looking to integrate with this technology.
This project utilizes OpenBCI and Node.js with recieving and manipulating the data it takes in from the BCI devices. A huge part of these projects are the BCI equiptment you use and what areas of the brain you place the sensor to get the data you wish to use like a "switch".
